Isto's 8th Album: A collection of 38 tracks that comprise a wide gamut
of Musical Absurdity. All songs are performed solo on a cheap,
steel-string acoustic guitar, and all sounds are made by that guitar
and
Chris White's voice. Tracks range in length from 3 seconds to over 6
minutes. Significant influences include Frank Zappa's Lumpy Gravy album,
Robert Anton Wilson, Alvin Lucier, Ezra Pound, Arlo Guthrie,
John Cage, Captain Beefheart, Raffi, Happiness
is a Warm Gun, Anthony Braxton, Tin Pan Alley, Jean-Luc
Godard, Sesame Street, and Bob Dylan. Isto's most surreal effort yet.
