Kiss My Apocalypse
Words and Music by Christopher White

The curtain tears, the city falls,
A pile of bricks that once were walls,
Are lying like a blanket on the border.
Eagles fall, while penguins fly,
And Caesar's looking for his die,
As anarchists are watching "Law and Order."

Dionysus comes to town,
Hidden in a peasants' gown,
While parents murder children on a bender.
Frodo slowly rambles on,
While Elvis twitches on the john,
Muttering, "Return to Sender."

It's a cat-eat-dog planet,
With no one left to man it,
As it sails into the Sun.
Watch out where you run!

Kiss my apocalypse.
Kiss my apocalypse.
Down the path to doom we're treadin',
Arm-in-Armageddon,
As the Sun begins to redden,
With the solar eclipse.

The Horsemen come, the Horsemen go,
Leaving fires in the snow,
The Pantheon meets total demolition.
Gandhi and Einstein duke it out,
While Santa Claus begins to pout,
And Jesus wages war of attrition.

Elephants are wearing hats,
And playing games with baseball bats,
While Yogi Berra's working for the circus.
Stephen Hawking, tightrope walking,
Leaps through rings a monkey's chalking,
While the pope is cleaning up the stirkus.

The sky is falling!
The sky is falling!
Chicken Little said,
As she ran to Mother Hen, in the shelter of the shed.

Kiss my apocalypse.
Kiss my apocalypse.
Down the path to doom we're treadin',
Arm-in-Armageddon,
As the Sun begins to redden,
With the solar eclipse.
Kiss my apocalypse!
