Corey the Fully-Intact Brain Specimen
Words and Music by Christopher White

I went walking about the fields,

That make up my vast estate.

Happiness was mine,

Life is dandy and great.

I came upon a rabbit hole,
That badly needed filling.
I stuck in my hand, and pulled it out,
And what I found was thrilling!

Human bones were everywhere,
Scattered throughout the cavity,
Silently taking up useless space,
Being held in place by gravity!

I held the skull to the light,
And I beheld a most delightful sight:
A crack in the back of the cranium,
Revealed a fully-intact brainium!

I took it back to my laboratory,
Seized by dreams of fortune and glory!
“Dear brain,” I said, “I will call you Corey!
We will live together by the ocean shorey!
Happily sharing the only story,
Of our seaside bungalow!"

I threw him onto the operating table,
Holding him down to be sure he was stable,
“Williams,” I called, “Bring me my cable!
Attach one end to the nub of your navel,

And the other to the cerebellum!”
